Who we are
This website is run by Vital Clinical Solutions Inc. (“VCS”, “we”).
What we collect
When you email us, we receive your email address, your name and whatever you include in your message, such as your company and your study. Please do not include health information or details about individual trial participants.
Why we use it
To reply to you, and to arrange and follow up on a conversation about your study. If you ask for updates, we also send you occasional updates from VCS; you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not add you to any mailing list otherwise.
Legal basis
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries about our services (Article 6(1)(f)). For updates, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who receives it
Your message reaches us by email through Google Workspace, which we use under a data processing agreement. The website is hosted by Hostinger, which keeps standard server logs. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not track you across other sites.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. To use these rights, email us at the address below.
